Who We Are

ERCN is a covenantal alliance of ministers and leaders connected for the purpose of accomplishing Kingdom exploits. We believe that when five-fold ministry gifts come together focusing on God and the Great Commission, a synergy is produced by the Holy Spirit that activates a powerful breakthrough anointing.

At ERCN we endeavor to prepare and equip church and ministry leaders to fulfill their calling and meet the challenges associated with reaching the world in the 21st century. As in any nation, culture or generation, the key to a healthy society is healthy, convictional and purpose-driven leadership.

Our Vision

Our vision is that no one is left to do ministry alone. By being a member you will have access to wisdom, council, fellowship and encouragement – as well as open doors of opportunity. Apostolic covering and council, protection and provision, are key elements of our structure. Membership in ERCN also opens doors to a community of peers who support and encourage one another, as ministries and relationships grow. Iron sharpens iron, and ERCN relationships 1are meant to help sharpen and sustain.

Our desire is to generate platforms of equipping, impartation, and ministerial sustenance. Working together to engage,experience, and display the Father’s heart for the world, and for the ministry journey. By God’s grace, together we can make a difference.

Our Mission

To connect, equip and facilitate ministries of integrity for the purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God throughout the earth. Eagle Rock Covenant Network endeavors to provide an atmosphere for ministers and leaders to develop covenantal relationships with other strategic visionaries, as well as receive activation, and impartation.

Corporately with a variety of international and national missions teams we will accomplish church planting while apostolically establishing local churches. Together with Pastors and point leaders we will raise up emerging ascension gifts, to strengthen all areas of local church ministry.

Meet Our Team

The Apostolic Council of Eagle Rock Covenant Network.

Pastor Terence Stovell bccf Terence W. Stovell is the founding pastor of the Better Covenant Christian fellowship. He is a graduate of the World Harvest Bible College (now Valor Christian College) Columbus, Ohio. He held his first Better Covenant Christian Fellowship on July 7th, 1996. He sits on the Apostolic Council Board of Eagle Rock Covenant Network in Pickerington, Ohio, and serves in various capacities within his local community. He has ministered throughout the United States, Africa and the Philippines.

Pastor Tracy Fannin End Time Harvest tabernacle Pastor Tracy Fannin is a senior pastor at End Time Harvest Church in Morehead, Kentucky. At End Time Harvest, the mission is to envision a strategically placed house of refuge, operating in the five fold ministry, bringing Salvation, Edification, and Restoration to the Body of Christ, through the message of the gospel and also to become an aggressive church in the tri-county area advancing the Kingdom of God through revival, bringing transformation to our city, state, and our nation and other nations.

Pastor David Collins Fire Church David is a man passionate about his relationship with the Lord and His people. David spends much time in the Lords' presence in prayer and study of the Word which shows up in dynamic, powerful and revelational messages to Gods' people. David has served the Body of Christ as Pastor, Church Planter, Leadership Mentor, Bible School Instructor, Conference Speaker and Revivalist. He has a deep desire to see souls won, added to the local church and discipled and trained to GO OUT into the Harvest. David has also traveled outside of the US to minister the gospel bringing a word of hope, blessing and deliverance.

Apostle Isaac Kangara Fountain Gateway Church Apostle Isaac is happily married to his wife Mary and has served the Lord in the ministry for 31 years. He has served as an evangelist, youth pastor, associate pastor, lead pastor, bible school teacher, and dean of students. Apart from shepherding at Fountain Gateway Church in Portland, Oregon, he travels internationally for apostolic work. He holds M. Min from S.A.G.U and BTh from Criswell College.
